These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the hc444 platform. Please read them carefully before using any part of this website. By continuing to use hc444 you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and hc444 ("hc444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at hc444.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through it.
hc444 is an English-language online gaming information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other permitted markets. By accessing this website, registering an account or using any service offered on hc444, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms are provided in English. Where translations may exist for reference, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.3 hc444 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an Account and use the Services. Where the operator's licensing jurisdiction prescribes a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. hc444 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any stage. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately, with all funds handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
The Platform is accessible to users in Pakistan for informational and gaming purposes, subject to the User's responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction. hc444 does not claim that online gambling is legal in Pakistan, does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and does not claim authorisation by any Pakistani governmental or regulatory authority. Users in Pakistan must independently verify applicable local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial regulation — before using the Services. The Platform is unavailable to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where no applicable licensing exceptions exist.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the Platform. This restriction applies regardless of whether multiple Accounts are registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods.
Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from hc444 or from any affiliated gaming platform are not eligible to register a new Account for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering under different credentials are a breach of these Terms.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
hc444 applies KYC verification in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership at the time of registration or before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions. KYC documentation may include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, utility bill or bank statement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
hc444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a User's failure to secure their Account credentials.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to pending KYC clearance and standard processing windows. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited.
Deposit methods available on the Platform may include bank transfers, mobile wallet options and cryptocurrency. Payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment references. hc444 does not claim that these providers endorse, support or permit gambling transactions. Users must verify each provider's own terms of service regarding gambling-related transactions before initiating a deposit.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimums may be expressed in PKR or in a supported cryptocurrency equivalent. Displayed minimums are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.
Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is supported as an Account currency, deposits and balances will be denominated accordingly. Where PKR is not a primary Account currency, amounts may be converted at the exchange rate applied by the operator at the time of deposit. Exchange rate risk is borne by the User.
All deposits must originate from payment methods owned by the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. hc444 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to investigate any deposit suspected of being associated with money laundering, fraud or other illegal activity.
To request a withdrawal, you must have: (a) a fully verified Account in good standing; (b) a Real Money Balance that exceeds the applicable minimum withdrawal amount; and (c) no outstanding KYC documentation requests.
Withdrawal processing windows vary by payment method, jurisdiction, verification status and the operator's internal compliance review queue. hc444 does not guarantee specific processing speeds. Mobile wallet options (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, where available) and instant payment rails (such as Raast, where available) may process differently from traditional bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. All stated timeframes are estimates only.
Withdrawals will generally be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with standard AML practice. The operator may require withdrawal to an alternative verified method at its discretion.
The operator may apply withdrawal fees, which will be disclosed in the cashier before you confirm the transaction. Some payment providers may also apply their own fees independently of the operator. Users should verify the complete fee structure before submitting a withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives offered by hc444 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion. These include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, expiry windows and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Illustrative examples such as "30× wagering on bonus amount" are provided for informational context and do not represent any current guaranteed offer. Always verify the live terms of any active promotion in the operator's promotion section.
Bonus Funds and associated free bets that are not used within the validity window stated in the specific promotion terms will expire automatically without compensation. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
hc444 reserves the right to refuse, revoke or claw back any bonus where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk or offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially; coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures; or any other conduct that exploits promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
All bonus figures and promotional examples presented on hc444 pages are illustrative and clearly labelled as such. They do not constitute guaranteed live offers. Actual offers, amounts, multipliers and conditions are set by the operator and may change without notice.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, market and odds — before confirming. hc444 and the operator are not liable for errors made by the User in bet placement.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of acceptance are the odds that apply to the bet. In-play (live) odds fluctuate rapidly and acceptance is subject to the operator's risk management processes.
Certain events may result in bets being declared void, including: event cancellation; failure to complete within applicable rules; data errors resulting in manifestly incorrect odds; or force majeure events. Void bets are settled by returning the stake to the User's Account. The operator's void-bet determination is final.
Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20I series and Test matches — are governed by market-specific rules published in the operator's sports rules section. Pakistan cricket references are provided as sports context only. hc444 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket board or team.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant authorities, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
11.1 All content on the hc444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, source code, and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of hc444 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content or functionality.
11.3 Any third-party trademarks, brand names or logos referenced on the Platform (including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL or Meezan Bank) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on hc444 does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hc444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and partners exclude all liability for:

12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hc444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content on the Platform.
13.1 hc444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a source of income, and users should never wager more than they can afford to lose.
13.2 The following responsible gambling tools are available to Account holders:

13.4 Being aged 18 or older does not in itself make online gambling legally permissible in Pakistan. Local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, apply independently of age. hc444 does not provide legal advice. Users must satisfy themselves as to the legality of gambling in their jurisdiction.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hc444 is licensed and operates. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in the operator's licensing documentation, which is accessible through the Platform's licensing information section.
14.2 Pakistani law: hc444 does not claim to be licensed by or under the authority of any Pakistani governmental or regulatory body. Users in Pakistan access the Platform subject to their own responsibility to verify and comply with local laws. hc444 does not provide any assurance, express or implied, that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan.
14.3 Disputes: In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact hc444 customer support to seek an informal resolution. Formal dispute procedures, escalation processes and applicable timeframes are described in the operator's dispute resolution policy, available through the help centre.
14.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
15.1 hc444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hc444 will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered Account address, a Platform notification, or a prominent notice on the website, as appropriate.
15.2 The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed in the page header above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.
